"Item seems fine, but the packaging wasn’t great"
My order showed up on time, so no issue there. The product box was squashed and had some dust on it, which felt a little disappointing for something that’s supposed to be new. The item inside seems okay as far as I can tell, but I do think it could’ve been packed better.

"good products but the packaging was really poor"
i ordered a few things from cocooncenter.co.uk and the products themselves were fine, but the packaging was disappointing. the box was way too big for what was inside and there was barely any padding, so everything had clearly been rattling around during delivery.
one of the product boxes arrived squashed and another item had leaked a little. it wasn’t a massive leak, but still annoying when you’re paying for delivery and expecting things to arrive properly. delivery time was okay, but i’d think twice before ordering anything fragile from them again

"Parcel arrived, but the tracking was a joke"
I ordered from Cocooncenter and yeah, the parcel did eventually show up, so credit for that. But the tracking was useless. It just sat on the same status for days like some broken bit of nonsense, and I had no clue if the thing had even left yet. Customer service did reply, but they basically told me stuff I could already see myself, which wasn’t exactly helpful. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely stressful when you’re waiting around with no clear updates. Bit of a pain in the ass, really.

Really disappointed with Cocooncenter.co.uk. I emailed about my order and the replies I got were so vague, they didn’t actually answer anything I’d asked. I had to keep chasing them and still had no clear idea what was going on. It felt like nobody was properly reading my messages. I really wish I’d read the reviews first, because I definitely regret ordering now. Super frustrating experience and not at all what I expected.

I entered the promo code and it looked like it applied, but after I paid, the discount was just gone. Maybe I missed something, but my gut says the checkout process was a bit glitchy...

"Got the wrong stuff in my order"
I ordered a few things and, yeah... when the box showed up, it had completely different items in it. Not really sure how that happened, but it was frustrating. I reached out to support thinking it’d be a quick fix, but it took ages to get sorted. not a great experience.

"Site was honestly a hassle"
I tried using the website and it was just really frustrating. Pages were loading super slow, the filters didnt seem to work right, and when I got to checkout it kept kicking me back for no obvious reason. I tried a few times but ended up giving up. Not really what I’d expect from an online shop tbh.

"I waited almost two weeks for…"
I waited almost two weeks for my order to show up, i’m disappointed. What made it more frustrating was getting inconsistent answers whenever I asked for updates. One person would say it was on the way, another made it sound like it hadn’t even shipped yet. Not a great experience overall.

This one was a bit hit or miss for me. It wasn’t terrible, but I didn’t feel like it was worth the price, especially since I ended up finding better deals elsewhere.

"Got Hit With Customs Fees"
I wasn’t expecting to get charged customs on top of what I already paid, so that really threw me off. It made me feel like I didn’t know what I was actually agreeing to, and I hate feeling like I might’ve been fooled. Because of that, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I ordered a few things the delivery took way longer than I thought it would. The tracking wasn’t very clear either, so I was kind of just waiting around not knowing when it was actually going to show up... The products themselves were fine, nothing really wrong there, but the whole delivery experience was stressful enough that I’m not sure I’d order again...

I'm still waiting on my refund, and the most frustrating part is that I can't seem to get a real person to talk to. Everything feels automated, and I just keep going in circles with no clear update. I just want my money back and some actual human support

I tried to place an order, but the site just wouldn’t take my payment. I checked my card info and tried again, but it still didn’t work. From my experience, everything else can look fine, but if the payment step fails, you can’t really complete the purchase

I ordered from Cocooncenter and the payment went through without any issues. The card page seemed secure enough, and I got my confirmation email quickly, so that was reassuring haha.

That said, I was a little unsure at first because the checkout didn’t really explain much about security or verification. Nothing went wrong, but I’d definitely feel better if there was clearer info before paying next time

It wasn’t, you know, a complete disaster or anything, but it was still a bit frustrating because I’d chosen it specifically for those details. They probably just need to, double-check the info properly before putting things up for sale...

"Good prices, but checkout left me confused"
The prices were good, which is what got me interested in the first place, but the shipping cost felt higher than I expected. I also wish the next steps were clearer after checkout because I wasn’t totally sure what was supposed to happen next or when I’d get more info. Overall not bad, just a little frustrating.

"Frustrating Order Experience"
I placed my order because the item was listed as in stock, but later they told me it actually wasn’t available. That was annoying and felt like a waste of time. It’s frustrating when the stock info isn’t accurate, and it also feels like the terms change after you’ve already committed to buying. They really need to keep their updates clearer and more reliable. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon...

"Not really sure about this one..."
The packaging looked a little off when it arrived, and the texture didn’t feel the same as what I’ve used before. I can’t say for sure if it was authentic or not, but it just didn’t sit right with me... I probably won’t be ordering it again.
